BB Promotion in cooperation with Semmel Concerts presents a production of Paul Walden & Derek Nicol for Flying Music in association with Adrian Grant for Key Concerts

The celebrated original show from London’s West End is coming to Graz for a short time.

THRILLER – LIVE, the original show, celebrated by the public and highly praised by critics, has been running with great success in the Lyric Theatre in London’s West End since January 2009. The universally acclaimed premiere took place in London's Dominion Theatre in 2008, followed by three tours through Great Britain. Now, after many months of preparation and in close co-operation with the production team from London, this spectacular show, in demand world-wide, can finally also be experienced in Austria. The work of Adrian Grant, the creator, Executive Director and Co-producer of THRILLER – LIVE enjoyed the personal appreciation of Michael Jackson. In 2001, the ‘King of Pop’ came in person to the London Hammersmith Apollo to see the 10-year jubilee show produced by Grant, the ‘Annual Michael Jackson Celebration’. Jackson called the show "beautiful and incredible" which inspired Grant to produce THRILLER – LIVE. The cast of the show, together with US-R’n’B-Star Chris Brown, performed their Thriller-tribute at the World Music Awards in 2006 in the presence of Jackson. In a head-line, London’s Daily Mail called THRILLER-LIVE an 'uncontrolled explosion’. Impressive multimedia effects support extraordinary singers and dancers who perform the enthralling choreography of the award sweeping director Gary Lloyd so perfectly that it seems they had never done anything else in their lives. Gary Lloyd, has previously co-operated with well-known artists such as Leona Lewis, Will Young, Robbie Williams and Kelly Clarkson called in the choreographer LaVelle Smith Jr., known for his original choreography of the highly awarded video to ‘Dangerous’ and five-time winner of the MTV Video Music Awards to participate in this phenomenal production.

THRILLER – LIVE pays homage to the phenomenon Michael Jackson and brings his greatest hits and his unequivocal dancing style live onto the stage. Starting with his first successes with the ‘Jackson 5’, to hits such as ‘Bad’ and the songs from the worldwide top-selling album of all times ‘Thriller’, this spectacular musical combines Jackson’s career of more than 40 years in a unique show with spectacular musicians, singers and dancers.
