On the first floor of the Stadthalle Graz you will find at your disposal an advanced congress and conference center for business arrangements.
Conferences and seminars, annual meetings, general assemblies, automobile presentations, company festivities and fashion shows, just to name a few of the event possibilities.
Starting at 50 m2 and going up to 850 m2 - it is possible to combine or individually create the room size that is needed.
The latest communication and congress technology and techniques, ISDN and internet access, air-conditioning, a video conference room, the press club, the conference office, a café and a terrace meet the highest manager requirements.
The conference center and the big hall together have the capacity for congress fairs up to more than 1,500 participants - the only location in all of Styria for such events.
There is also the possibility to hold product presentations.
Conference and Congress
The significance of congress tourism for the national economy is steadily increasing and Graz has positively developed in the past years to become a significant congress location. The conference rooms meet the customer expectations at the highest of levels.
Not only the latest technical conference facilities, like shading, ISDN and modem accesses, video, internet, overhead projectors and the high functionality of the rooms, but also the individual consultation and service of the team of the Stadthalle Graz make every single event in the new conference center into a special happening.
Overview first floor
Hall 1 (Plenary)
The appeal of the biggest conference room of the messecongress|graz does not only lie in its modern architecture, but also in its size. On an area of 630sqm conferences, seminars or banquets of every size can be realised. Thanks to the electronic curtains the event area can be divided into two smaller units.
Hall 2
Whether a seminar, a congress or a banquet - Hall 2 can adapt to any kind of event; mobile room dividers allow the all to merge with the foyer.
Hall 3, Hall 4, Hall 5
The linking factor of Halls 3, 4 and 5 is their size. All three locations have the exact same measurements of 110sqm. Hence, they are ideal form medium-size and small events.
Hall 6, Hall 7
With 51sqm Halls 6 and 7 are the smallest halls of the messecongress|graz. They can also be used as event offices as both rooms are open to the hall by means of windows.
Hall 8
The video conference room with 55sqm is equipped with the latest technical facillities. There is room for about 40 people. Depending on the size of the event there are different seating models possible. Hall 9 with its own press club, telephone and internet access has a size of 60sqm.
Gallery
The Gallery comprises a total of 544sqm but can be divided into smaller halls (A, B, C). The connecting passage of the Gallery is best suitable as a catering location.
Foyer North
With its 811sqm the Foyer North represents the largest event area within the messecongress|graz. It is perfectly suitable for seminars or banquets allowing for a higher number of participants or guests; It is also suitable for fair equipment.
Hall 10
A seminar room with everything available that could possibly be needed for successful ideas. On 233sqm it offers enormous space and is also optimal as a break-out-room wich is more than likely to be needed for large-scale congresses. Latest technology, like ISDN, Internet access and an inductive sound system render every video conference a pleasant and easy happening. There are no barriers left for having successful meetings.
Hall 11
Hall 11 offers unlimited flexibillity - whether furnished with Theatre style seating or with banquet style seating. The hall can be divided by a partitioning wall and is therefore an all-rounder within the Messecongress and leaves not a single technical detail to be desired.
Hall 12
Hall 12 with its 314sqm combines communicative strength with a high number of participants. There is room for up to 140 participants with a Classroom style seating; with a Theatre style seating the capacity of the room increases to 300 people. The technical features allow for presentations and lectures at the highest level and guarantee a successful seminar. A further functional tool is a mobile dividing wall that can be activated if required - enabling a quiet working area for some while other are in groups.
Hall 14
At just 59 sqm, hall 14 is the perfect choice for press conferences, workshops and training courses.
Hall 15
Hall 15 can be found on the first floor of Hall A and measures 2,200 sqm. It can be spilt in half to create two separate entities – hall 15a and hall 15b.
Hall 16
Bookable only in combination with Hall 15 or 17
Hall 17
Hall 17 can be found on the first floor of Hall A and measures 2,200 sqm. It can be spilt in half to create two separate entities – hall 17a and hall 17b.
Foyer South
The 550 sqm messecongress|south foyer can also be combined with Hall 2. A flexible partition wall can simply be opened up for large-scale events.
